PSN presently employs fifteen office staff, as well as numerous registered nurses and social workers working as short-term and long-term employees at insurance and hospital sites. We work with expert consultants who help companies meet voluntary and legally mandated standards in managed healthcare by guiding them through accreditation preparation. Some of the nation's largest health care organizations utilize PSN nurses to meet staffing needs and PSN consultants have successfully guided dozens of companies through URAC and NCQA accreditation preparation. In the past year, we have extended our consulting capabilities to include healthcare provider consulting services as we work with organizations seeking Joint Commission accreditation.
Licensed by the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia as a nurse staffing agency, PSN reached more than $2 million in revenue last year. We are certified as a woman-owned business by the State of Maryland and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. PSN provides search and recruitment, staffing and consulting services nationwide and maintains contact with experienced nurses and social workers who are available for work almost anywhere in the U.S.
Over the years, PSN has worked with nationally-known health plans conducting medical record reviews, including large HEDIS data collection projects, throughout the U.S.

Most recently, PSN's President and CEO, Terri Kapetanovic RN, MSN was named one of Maryland's Top 100 Minority/Women Business Entrepreneurs. In addition, PSN was named Employer of the Year by Montgomery County (MD) Business & Professional Women in recognition of PSN's flexible scheduling and support for women and their families.
