

Terri Kapetanovic

CPHQ, CMCN
Terri Kapetanovic is President and Chief Executive Officer of Professional Services Network, Inc. (PSN) and has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare quality, utilization review and case management. She has worked as a consultant for American Accreditation Healthcare Commission/URAC in Washington, DC, as one of the Commission’s accreditation reviewers. Terri traveled throughout the U.S., evaluating companies according to national accreditation standards. She began PSN in 1990.
In 2001, Terri received the prestigious Beth Lang Award in recognition of her leadership and achievements in healthcare quality management and service to the District of Columbia Association for Healthcare Quality (DCAHQ). As a consultant and speaker at professional meetings, Terri has conducted numerous conferences and seminars on various managed care topics, including national accreditation standards, utilization management issues and case management integration.
An active member of several professional associations, Terri is a current board member of the Maryland Association for Healthcare Quality. She is a past president of the DCAHQ and co-chaired the group’s annual conference committee for several years.
Terri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from DePaul University in Chicago, and Master of Science degree in nursing from The Catholic University of America, where she is currently a doctoral student in nursing. She is certified by the Healthcare Quality Certification Board as a Certified Professional In Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and as a Certified Managed Care Nurse (CMCN) by the American Board of Managed Care Nursing. She is presently pursuing a doctorate.
