Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a nationally known managed health care organization. They are seeking a Director of Care Management for their Maryland health plan.

The Director of Care Management provides leadership for the health care management program of the health plan and assists in the development and coordination of case management programs resulting in improved health care outcomes.

This is a full time position which requires current utilization management experience in a managed care setting.
Qualification:
- BSN is required
- 5 years management experience, including fiscal/budgetary responsibilities
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to foster inter- and intra-departmental communication
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- CCM preferred
Licensure:

Active and unrestricted RN license in Maryland
