RN Case Manager, Special Needs Children

  • We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a RN Case Manager to coordinate the care of children with special needs.  Our client is a managed care company that serves the DC Medicaid population. The office is located in NW DC with easy access to Metro. This is a full-time permanent position with excellent benefits.

  • Required

    • 2-5 years managed care experience
    • Five years or more of clinical nursing experience
    • Five years or more inpatient pediatrics or pediatric community health
    • Experience in public or private programs working with children who have special needs
    • Demonstrated ability to develop plans of care
    • Competent in computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel

    Preferred

    • MSN
    • CCM
    • Experience in Medicaid managed care

  • Active and unrestricted RN license in the District of Columbia
