Utilization Review: PSN has experienced nurses with knowledge of Interqual or Milliman criteria who can work with you to support your day-to-day needs in pre-certification, concurrent and retrospective review, appeals and denials and other valuable services.
Quality Review: Performance monitoring comes in many shapes and sizes. Whether it be a special study, sentinel event review, periodic monitoring according to your QA plan, or unexpected regulatory or compliance audit, we can help by providing experienced nurses familiar with medical record review. Annual HEDIS reviews are a PSN specialty.
