Connie Sunderhaus

Presenter: Connie Sunderhaus, RN-BC, CCM has clinical experience that includes roles as an independent case manager and clinical consultant in case management and home health care. During five years with a patient education company, Connie worked with the clinical team to develop materials designed to provide patients with disease-specific education and procedure guidance. Connie is the author of numerous articles for case management and healthcare publications and is a national speaker. Currently, she is a regular contributor to Case in Point, writing the patient primer page. Connie serves as treasurer of the Case Management Society of America and is currently an appointed member of CMSA's Public Policy Committee.
