One simple rule for Thanksgiving
November 20, 2014
Thanksgiving celebrates an important time in our country. In 1621, the first colonists in Plymouth Massachusetts shared their first food harvest with the Indians – a celebration lasting 3 days. Every year on Thanksgiving Day, we come together with family and friends. Our ‘harvest’ includes turkey, favorite traditional food – sweet potatoes, dressing, pumpkin pie, and all sorts of family traditions. The simplest of rules apply for this occasion: be thankful.
